Determine our objectives, responsibilities and plan for the year and set the fundraising goal with VP #2.

VICE-PRESIDENT #2 FINANCE - Shirley Davis
VICE-PRESIDENT #2 – FINANCE

Is second in line to succession to the President

Main liaison with the Main Booster Club Treasure
-
Required to attend main booster meeting with President
-
Handles annual audit of the football booster account with the main booster club.
-
Must stay in contact with main booster membership representative to maintain active membership numbers and correspondence.
-
Collects main booster memberships through obligation fee
-
Creates and maintains a balanced budget for the whole club
-
Prepare and submit budget, deposit receipts and check request forms
-
Work directly with the main booster treasurer for all deposits and expenses
-
Work with Board Members and Coaches making sure their budget/expenses are in line with overall budget and providing financial assistance when needed.

Set fundraising goal and track through the season to ensure we’re hitting our goal. These positions will report to you with their monthly profit and loss:

Will be prepared to provide an executive summary of the clubs budget at the clubs meetings.

Negotiate postseason busses

Collects and tracks player obligation fees.

FOOD – Kathleen Frost and Tammy Bryan

Negotiates and secures the food needs for all teams.

Works with Sophomore Rep/Friday Night Lights Coordinator to collect donations on game days and help pickup or direct food vendors when needed.

Stay within set budget and report total cost spent at end of season.

WEBMASTER – Dan Meyer
COMMUNICATION - WEBMASTER/SOCIAL MEDIA/EMAIL MARKETING

Needs working knowledge or WIX website management (or easily able to learn it)

Maintains and updates the site regularly

JUNIOR CLASS REPRESENTATIVE – Tammy Regier

In season primary objective is to pick up snacks from food supplier from away games and distribute to the players of said games.

Home games players will receive a snack and drink; away games players will receive snack, lunch and drink.

Responsible for communication of club and team to the class they represent

Will be a coordinator of auction committee.

Homecoming parade coordinator - Liaison between the club and the school activities office, arrange parade transportation for the players, purchase any needs for the parade such as candy, decorations etc.

Plans Friday night Varsity home game tailgates

Plans Quarterly Community Outreach for players and managers
-
Helps Mr. Michaels sell season tickets and parking passes to the tailgate lot

SOPHOMORE CLASS REPRESENTATIVE – Michelle Israelite

In charge of setup and teardown of Varsity Home Games Includes:

Hanging and taking down sponsor banners and senior banners
-
Collecting post game food donations prior to the game and delivering to locker room.

Helping Community Rep with tailgate setup and teardown
-
Helping Food Rep with picking up or accepting delivery of Varsity post-game food.
-
Selling calendars before the game at the gates and in the bleachers
-

FRESHMAN CLASS REPRESENTATIVE– Gusti Lamb
